I have a few major maladies that arrived close together. Degenerative arthritis, RA also. I had shingles on my face and on my eyeball so now I have postherpetic neuralgia and this in turn has gone body wide to fibromyalgia. (nerve damage). I am on SSI, but they keep finding ways to take the money from me....so after today's letter, I'll be trying to live on under $1000 a month. Linda, can you get Food Stamps and/or Medicaid? It's the only way I can afford to get some of the things I have on my diet. Also, along with Epsom salts, do a good sprinkling of Baking Soda in bath water. The Epsom salt will help the soreness, and the baking soda pulls out toxins. Ice for 20 minutes and then heat for 20 minutes alternately was what my massage therapist recommended for me. But of course everyone is different so try different things and see what works best for you.

@A MyFibroTeam Member there are several things that can help that aren't expensive.
My pain was at a7 and i took a hot bath with Epsom salts now would say a4. Tumeric tea can help a lot as well. Magnesium salts can found online and the go a long way. You dissolve 1TB in a spray bottle of water and spray it on the area that is painful. Hoyt bath is easier if it's your entire body. πŸ˜›

There are others that are lost in my brain and should the reappear share.

I have had help from going on a Candida diet, but have since quit eating soy and corn as well. They can be substituted with many other things such as coconut or almond.

I am doing aqua therapy. it was prescribed by my doctor so insurance pays for it and it feels good. I feel good even the next day. The pool is warm and we float while doing some easy exercises. I think it has helped my back a lot.

First you can get high from edibles.

I've used it and out helped. You need a experienced. Reputable dispensary. You also want something low thc and high cbd for posting relief with less high side effect.
