Has anyone noticed bruising to last longer? Not just faint color of the bruise but the soreness as well?

I bruise very easily and it stays dark blue for a very long time! Arnica does seem to help.

Yes fibro causes the bruising/pain. But if you take a blood thinner or Aspirin that can also cause some bruising, but not pain.
