Sandralee..........I use to get into my hot tub with special crystals in it that resembled Epson salts.....Since my hot tub is out of commission for a little while the regular tub with regular Epson salts helps....The salts seem to draw out the soreness.....I was always doing something during the day that I had no business doing alone and paid for it at night....Live & Learn....soft hugs to you

I always seem to get that horrible burning pain under my left breast in the rib cage area after about 3 min . Then the pain starts as soon as I lay on my left side in bed. The longer I lay there the stronger the pain gets to the point I can not breath and moving to turn over or on my back I will actually scream and cry. Them after I get off my left side then the pain starts to subside about 5 min.

Try this cream or it comes as a rub on also called Outback. You can get it on Amazon or go to Outback.com, I have tried it and it instantly took the pain away for a long time. I have seen it advertised on Facebook.
