I usually do. I'm up at 630 getting my son up for school. N by around 10 - 11. I'm down for a nap. I get tired out of nowhere. All of a sudden sometimes in the middle of something that sucks

Yes. Two-three hours function at 50-75% and then 0 energy or wakefulness. However I have sleep apnea too and that could be part of my problem.

I nap almost every afternoon. It is wonderful and does help me to continue on for the rest of the day/evening.

I lay down every day, usually once in the AM and once in the PM. Rarely do I sleep, but I require lots of sleep so i am in bed by 8 or 8:30 and sleep until about 9. Hugs fine people!!!

Yes, almost every day I have a nap. I sometimes fight it, but then I feel more exhausted than usual.
