Massager
Year ago for Christmas, my husband bought me a heating pad for the car. I use it on really cold days as it helps my back. I have a neck shoulder heating pad at home that I use often and then for my birthday a month ago, I got a shitsu massager. I found that the new massager helps a little otherwise it causes more pain than it helps due to the pounding. Does anyone else use a shitsu massager and does it help? I am wondering if I am using it wrong or to hard of a pressure.
The only "massager" I have found to be helpful is a human one. All those hand held machines and chairs are made for someone without some sort of chronic pain dissorder.
Using the massager is tricky. If you use it too long it causes more pain. Trial and error is all I can suggest. Shorter and gentle massages are the best.
I was given a massage for my birthday. The person giving ask any health issues, when I said I had Fibo, he could only do a light message. I still felt little pain the next day. Our muscles can't take muscle manipulation. Be careful.
Thank you Cindy1310. I wondered about this gift as I specifically wanted massages not a piece of equipment. I was hoping to get a gift card to a place. Glad I am not the only one. :)
It was too painful for me & it's the only massager I threw out 😋
