Mattress
I have so much pain at night and no matter how I try to sleep some part of my body is hurting. My shoulders and my hips will hurt bad on the side I am sleeping on. I also have a lot of pain in my legs below my knees and my foot. My mattress is really old and wanting to get a new one. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good mattress that would help with the pain that doesn't cost a fortune. My neck always is hurting too if anyone knows a good type of pillow.
I use a bolster cushion and sleep with it tucked under all my bits. It relieves my hip pain and helps to settle my stomach. I have a memory foam mattress and it is horrible, you get stuck in it. A bit like @A MyFibroTeam Member consultant recommended.
I bought a tempur pedic 3 years ago. it's the best...
Hi
My consultant advised buying a maternity pillow to help. I get severe pain in my hips and lower back and she thinks that will aid in supporting me xx
Go on amazon and look for side sleeper cervical pillow. The one i have has an indentation in the middle. My physio recommended it to me. Its amazing.
