@rosebudd62, I drink rooibos red tea (Twinings) for insomnia and calcium magnesium. Helps my muscles relax, good night's rest.

I use an over the counter remedy called SOMNAPURE. It can be found at pharmacies, Walmart and Amazon. It doesn't cause that morning hung over feeling. I have been using it for over a year and love it.
