Has Anyone Looked Up Or Tried What Is Called A Myers Cocktail?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have read about it online and apparently some physicians offer it to patients (for a fee) and it basically an infusion of vitamins and minerals and such.
I am curious to see if anyone has tried it and what were the results. I go for B12 shots and they help for awhile but it seems with the fibro we are lacking something crucial to help us feel better and stay better.

Im lacking vitamin D and the symptom of that are quite like fibro symptoms. There was a recent study on regarding this and can be found on the internet @ ukfibromyalgia.com. its a really good site that highlights recent research etc on a once a month cycle. :-)

I have a lot more pain when I don't take my B12 and my D3 vitamins. I was off of them for a week because I was having surgery and the last two days have been pretty ruff. My surgery is done and I can go back on them tomorrow yay!💕

What kind of B12 and D3 do you take and how much? I am very interested in taking these vitamins and not sure what kind to get.
