Does Anyone Here Not Have Herpes(cold Sores, Fever Blisters) Or Chickenpox Viruses In Their System?

I read recently about research around the herpes virus as a cause for fibromyalgia. I have cold sores and have had chickenpox. It is so common that it might be better to ask who doesn't have it? Just curiosity.

Chicken pox is the herpes virus. So is mono, (Epstein‘s bar), shingles, cold sores, and other manifestations. You can even get herpes in your eyes. It’s an evil virus and most people have had Epstein‘s bar. They are thinking that this might be the key to fibromyalgia. Many doctors are studying this right now.

herpes viruses that can infect humans, including herpes simplex 1 and 2, Varicella zoster (chickenpox—shingles), HH6, cytomegalovirus (CMV), and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Reactivation of herpes viruses is a common component of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.

I don't have that. I have never had chickenpox. When I went to school all the kids were sick and I showed up at school and I was pretty much the only one there. I had been sick and the Teacher said, Why are you here? I didn't know what to say and I think I said because I'm coming to school. Then the teacher said you are always away and sick and now you are here and everyone else has the Chickenpox. Well I never got them. I don't know if I just managed to show up when the virus was all gone or what. I once had a cold sore but not very often. My Fibromyalgia started after a car accident where I hurt my neck. I personally think FM is some nerve damage. It could also be a lack of proper nutrition and your body not running properly. When I eat better and get some sort of exercise along with proper sleep I am pretty good. I worked really hard when I first got it by going and doing Aquafit and then swimming and it really helped me. I think it's helpful to eat properly with a lot of vegetables and not be overweight and also get exercise. They say sleep is very important with FM. I have trouble with rain or a storm when it's coming when it arrives I usually feel better then sometimes it bothers me right when it arrives. The weather pressure seems to bother me.

I had chicken pox as a kid and contracted herpes at 30. It has been a curse and I kept on getting terribly painful outbreaks on my left hand and side. I recently had shingles despite having been vaccinated. I take an anti- viral for herpes twice a day. I'm sure there's a connection. I'm now 63.

I have had chicken pox, shingles and a zillion cold sores. Never knew it might be related to fibro.
