Has Anyone Tried The Supplement Turmeric Curcumin, And If So, Did It Seem To Help At All?
I take both Circumin and another product by the same people called Curamed. I buy mine from Amazon where there are good reviews to read.
I find that the Curamed (I take 2 750mg capsules daily), lessens the severity and frequency of my flares. I use the Circumin when I'm already in flare to help with the pain.
You need to take it with black pepper and a fat such as coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil. Taking in tablet form you need to make sure it has this in too. Look at this site it will tell you all you need to know http://turmericlife.com.au/turmeric-recipes-gol...
I have found doctors and chemists are only interested in pharmaceutical remedies that cost a fortune they aren’t interested in alternatives because there is no money in it for them!
I make turmeric paste using organic double strength turmeric (it needs to have a curcumin percentage of between 3-6), organic black pepper crushed and organic coconut oil. We put this in every meal and I also make golden milk put less pepper in and add fresh ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. I think it really helps. My bf is newly diagnosed so have only been using it for 3 months but it’s definitely worth having just for general health.
KellyLee, she just said that there is no significant research/evidence that it helps
I've taking it but I heard it works better if you get it with black pepper in it
