Change In Your Fibro Symptoms

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Has anyone found that their symptoms have changed over time. I've found that these days when I have pushed a bit my body not only aches I'm getting more migraines and I feel like I'm getting a cold with chills and all. Has anyone else experienced something similar.

It doesn’t give the feeling of being high but it gives you a feeling of calm and peace which so many of us are missing. Certain strains of the product can greatly help with sleep with out the hangover!

Yes I think we all experience different symptoms at different times.....
and stress levels, and weather, and travel, and tiredness all play havoc in their own right......that’s why I think it’s so hard for those fortunate to not suffer fibromyalgia to understand us.....because we always seem too complain about aches, pains, numbness, nausea, headaches, sore joints, sore skin, hot shooting pains and so our list goes on.....
NO we are not hyperchondriacs we are NOT going mad we suffer from fibromyalgia!!,
Your never alone on this forum Franni, we all care and support each other....God Bless you dear friend πŸ˜πŸ’žπŸ’•πŸ™πŸ™πŸ‘©β€β€οΈβ€πŸ‘©

I just learned to deal with it day by day. You never know what changes to your body will be. I don't think I will ever get used to FB. So thankful for this website

Hi hun how have you been? My fibro is continuously getting worse and effecting more and more areas. My pain doc says I have severe fibromyalgia and now my fibro has caused me to have arthritis in my shoulders. I started getting really bad migraines years ago and they would make me pass out if I saw any light at all, I've been getting trigger point injections in my neck and those help as my headaches would start at the base of my neck and travel up. This year they have also started in my frontal lobe. I've been using CBD balm on my neck and where I get the most tension which has helped I'm also using CBD tablets now which are helping me with my normal tablets on top.
Another new thing is that with the heatwave we had in South East England over spring and summer, which i was happy about first of all and than the heat made me swell up all over and it's the first time that I wasn't a little better in the summer compared to the colder months xx

Like everything in life Franni, it’s always one step at a time, and one day at a time.....there’s no doubt Fibro sucks.....however I think it makes us stronger as well, because we learn so much about ourselves.....your inner strength is so much stronger than you realise....just look how much, and how many huge changes that have taken place in your life.....and you’re coming through it all so beautifully, with courage and decorum lovely lady πŸ˜ƒπŸ’žπŸ’•πŸ™
