Sometimes I woke up with my entire body feeling sugglish is this fibro? This is sending crazy

Yes it is very much that. Just take your time. The cold weather is usually behind this. Muscle stuffness and joint pain too. When it is cold i set my alarm about an hour earlier so i can lay in the bed and give my body time to adjust.

I always feel like that now. Sometimes I feel like I'm in my own time zone! The time flies, but I haven't for a very long time!!

Yes sugglish is very comon. Its part of being tired and slow, these you should stay in your Lounging clothes and ejoy a good book, or watch a movie, drink tea, and stay warm. 😕

Yes. Mine has increased over time: myalgia encepholomyalitid (chronic fatigue syndrome) has accompanied my fibro all along. I try to stretch in thr morning before getting out of bed, then eat something. I have to get up earlier so I do it, but I think it helps.
