My neck and shoulders are the worst. Even my hand bag hurts my shoulders at times. I got a side sleeping pillow and a mattress which the bed centre recommended for someone in my position. It has all help me but when sitting my right shoulder and upper arm is excruciating. My pain meds i feel dont even touch the pain at times and even breathing exacerbates the pain. But i tell myself that there are others out there worse than me.

Yep yep. Physical therapy helps me a ton. Also, Biofreeze or Tigerbalm (more like a bandaid but it helps when the pain is really bad)
