Goosebumps?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Tucson, AZ

I see a lot of posts asking about random patches of goosebumps, but what about in general? I've noticed that the past few months since I had my son that when I flare I get goosebumps easily? Stress, hot, cold, just because? I can always feel them coming but can't always pinpoint the reason.

It's definitely a fibro thing. It's to do with the hypothalamus and it's inability to regulate our body temperature.

I usually get goosebumps when I feel the same. Usually I'm stressed when I feel hot and cold
