I use a horse llinament Asorbine JR which warms the neck muscles. I also use Ice packs when my neck is severely painful.

I am diligent about stretching, its hard to start but if u start off slowly and can work up to 5 short stretches a day or 3 longer stretch sessions, I can move around much better!!! It really-really Really does help sooo- much 😂😃😂
