I could relate to many things. Especially the voodoo stabs, attitudes, pain and the way she got up off the floor via the couch. The music was a bit jarring for me in places. Some criticisms I read about it on a forum expressed she didn't go into it enough, myโฆ read more
I like Dr. Liptan's Youtube channel about fibromyalgia. ๐ I'll check out the two you've mentioned, thank you!

I have podcast recommendations?
"Fibromyalgia Podcast" is one I used to regularly listen to, though it's been a while. I found this one to be comforting and informative, though her talks about being able to coach people into remission had me wary.
Just in case you struggle with hypermobility, as it is a comorbidity I have (fibro is common for those who have it) I recommend "Hypermobility Happy Hour". The interviews there are quite helpful and informative and often inspiring. Even if you don't struggle with this condition and want to learn more about other disabilities or hear from medical professionals who are patients themselves, it's worth a listen! I actually started on the only medication that's been helpful to my personally with my fibro because of this podcast!
I go to YouTube a lot and never thought to look there for fibro info. Thanks for the info!
