I Have A Lot Of Constipation
Yes, coffee can make you go . That's for sure. I also try to incorporate ground flaxseed and other fiber rich foods. Also drink plenty of water and listen to my body.. it's good that I don't have to work because I have the luxury of listening to my body and going when the urge hits.
No constipation , I use to though . Just abdominal pains and ibs . Watch what you eat , try eating more fruits and vegetables and maybe more fiber like oat meal , lentils Iām not real sure though just a suggestion and drink lots of water and coffee may help make bowl movements.
I have been using flax seed for years and have no problem at all. I use ground fax seed and put it on my cereal in AM but you can put it in stew muffins or anything you are cooking, Cheapest place to buy is Walmart Joes products or bulk barn it is cheap natural and does the trick. Went to my daughters out of town and didn't take it with me within 3 days started having trouble. hugs Evelyn
In February I started taking an anti reflux pill daily so I can take baby aspirin without getting an ulcers. It causes for me severe constipation. I eat 5 prunes at breakfast daily, sometimes I need to take 5 more at lunch
Oranges can open the bowels, so Iv heard others say look 4 other fruit & veg that help u go.
