Pressure In Shoulder Blades And Neck. Causing Bad Head Aches
I have started having a lot of pressure in my shoulder blade and in between them then it gose up into my head and at the moment I’m having two to three hours sleep a night. Because of pain and pressure anyone else experienced this it’s getting me. Down. Xx

Went to the doctors today and I asked for help with sleeping but I was told they can’t give me any help as I’m on the highest dose of every thing I take

Hi Lauren no iv never heard about it at the moment I’m having between 2 to 4 hours sleep a night. From this pressure itching and muscle pain in my arms plus back and hip. As iv got fibromyalgia and and inflammatory arthritis going to try and get a doctors appointment this morning I hope your not suffering At the moment. ❤️
