Since I Started taking a table spoonful of extra virgin olive 🫒 oil my pain seems lots better, even today its cold here, 13C I sud be crippled but am not, iv still got pain but pain I can cope with. Olive oil heals from the inside out, I'll never stop taking it, it's very good 4 yr skin.
