This is a private hospital in Hemel Hempstead, that offers treatments for conditions like fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, lyme disease etc. I first heard it from my GP, who told me that they might be helpful but it would be very pricey. Why Do I Svoid Talking On The Phone?
I avoid talking on the phone. This can br a good friend or a service call. I will emsil or text.
I find conversation exhausting and hard to focus on a lengthy call. My brain has turned to mudh.
Is this fibro brain or sleep Deprivation? Concening.
It is probably both. Lack of sleep and brain fog can make you just not be interested in the phone at all. That’s how I feel. Text then I will answer you.
