That’s a really good question! If we have a really foggy night, I spend hours awake and peeing. Must have to do with being our temperature gauge is off.

My doc. told me frequent urination and incontinence is from fibro and some people get bowel issues, hugs Evelyn

Been getting up at least 3 or 4 times a night to pee, Just started recently. I have sleep apnea and trying to adjust to that is a horror.
