Good Morning Lucy .
My knees crack & creak I was diagnosed with the beginning of arthritis in 2012. The pain can be very strong . I also get abdominal pain too which can be that intense I double up in pain .
Having some pain means you are alive.

It takes some time to work through everything this disease throws at you. I get sharp stabbing pains at times I don't know if it's diabetic nerve pain or fibromyalgia pain. All I know is I have to not worry and live it. Chin up and stay positive.

I'm stiff all time. Takes a bit to move at all

Mornin' Lucy - yes I wake up stiff and achy each morning, but after a short while of stretching gently, I am OK most of the rest of the day!!
