My Digestion Is Very Affected By Fibromyalgia. Most Foods Are Incredibly Difficult To Digest. It Feels As If The Food Remains In My Stomach

Get a radioactive egg sandwich test. That will tell you how and if you are digesting. I found out I had gastroparesis. Mine comes from long term diabetes but there also is idiopathic gastroparesis.
