Those sharp spasms happen throughout my body, unpleasant!

I get spasm in my stomach and neck shoulder and scalp .

Yes it can hurt really bad. Is it part of digestion?

I used to get a lot of it when my ulcerative colitis was acting up.

No I do not have abdonimal pain but I get a lot of Kidney and Bladder infection
