After Having A Day Of Fibro Fog. Has Anyone Gone Out The Next Day And Tripped Over Their Own Two Feet? I Did Today. I Really Hurt Myself.

So sorry for your loss, Sincere Sympathies.πŸ’

Having lost my husband in 2017, I can tell you, it takes Time, and you have to take One day, hour, or minute, at a time.⏳️ You will have memories, and some days are more difficult.
Even today, I go into a store, see something my husband would have liked, and I Have to remember, he's no longer in pain, or suffering, or I tear up.

It's good you're in therapy, they will help you. If you're able, try to find something you enjoy, to help occupy your mind. My distraction has been nature, photography, my great grson, and even word puzzles.

Please be careful, falls are so dangerous. I'm still recovering from reconstructive arm surgery, in April, from a fall.

Sending prayers of healing and peace for you. πŸ™πŸ’—
Sorry for the long post, but, hoping it will help.
