I Have Been Slowly Developing Symptoms An Some Getting Worse. Soooo What Is This Going To Look Like In The Future.

I agree with Vic, everyone is different. For me, the older I get, the worse I feel. You may be very different…I hope so!

Not everyone who has fibromyalgia is the same. So it’s hard to say how your future will look Mark. For me, I have had more pain and more areas affected, with every decade. In my 60s I developed several autoimmune diseases.

Many of my symptoms improved after menopause. I'm very certain that much of the increase and intensity of symptoms are caused by changing hormones. My symptoms increased during puberty and were more intense as years went by until menopause. I noticed that my husband's libido decreased as he aged and eventually disappeared. I expect that men with fibromyalgia will have less pain and fewer symptoms when their testosterone reduces.
