That’s the rub. Not every symptom is fibro, even if it is a symptom of fibromyalgia. 🤷‍♀️😅
And we are all different

A sore throat is listed as one of the more common symptoms with fibromyalgia. My throat is almost always sore.

Sounds as though you may have a co-morbid condition called myalgic encephalomyelitis /chronic fatigue syndrome.
