I believe stress makes every aspect of fibro worse. I use meditation and hypnotherapy from you tube to calm me, also five minutes of slow deep breathing. Take care Deb.

Unfortunately all the time. And it triggers a lot more symtoms as well as pain. My vision goes blurry. Sharp instant pains in my fore head. Muscle twitches and pains in my arms and shoulders. Cramp up alot more in my legs and my costocondritus usually kicks in when I'm really anxious. Have to be so careful to not get stressed!

Stress can have a massive impact on my fibromyalgia. Trying to keep stress down to a minimum however I am my dad's carer and also dealing with some family issues.
