I had a frozen shoulder in 2021 it’s excruciating pain. Gentle loading stretches to start I did have a injection that helped then my PT suggested a pully and it was brilliant, like Kathy said it helped me move it lots more .
I’m still getting slight pain so doing gentle exercises every day with it. But I have full range of movement 😁

Yes, I had hard time for years with my rt. shoulder, Kylie2!!! My son hurt his shoulder at the same time. My son has surgery, but I choose to work through mine with easy stretching and gentle movement. It took a lot of patience and a long time but it's finally healed completely!!

I had during Covid very painful hard to sleep was cursing a lot you make a move and it hurt worst. Did two rounds of PT at the end of the first one this one therapist that was evaluate me moving it around and she push really hard and it I was cursing up strome. Bought a pulley doing stretches and using mop stick. Took almost a year to correct. I still do those excercises but not as much as I should.
