My knees are so sore and stinging/stiff. My consultant said there’s nothing that will work for the pain. I’m on 90mg duloxetine but can’t say I’ve noticed much difference

Its hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. I rotate amitriptyline and melatonin, sometimes it work and sometimes it doesnt
Baclofen
I have been currently prescribed baclofen and tylenol/codein. New pain dr took me off hydrocodon 10mg and replaced with these new medicines. I have no relief of pain now... have yall tried these meds and did they help?

Painkillers?
Ok, so, I've argued with my doctors and researched alternative therapies on the internet and anything else you could probably think of. I can't take Tylenol, because of my liver (I'm on other medications that eat your liver as well). I can't take Advil because of my stomach (IBS/acid reflux/ulcers/etc). And I can't take opioids, because I was on Tramadol for four years and got dependent (it was REAL ugly). Tylenol 3 - Doctor Bend Under Government Pressure
My doctor caved to pressure from either BayCare.org. They are stopping dispencing of Tylenol 3. I am on Gabapentin, but that stuff is not good enough to get me out of bed in the morning to make it on time to work.
Has anyone gone through this, because of the conservative political crap? I am gonna try to get into pain management before I am fully cut off and ration out my last fill so I have time.
