Can Anyone Give Me Any Help To Get Off Buprenorphine Patches? Been On Them 14 Years. Now On 5 Microgram/hour.
I’ve been trying to get off them for three years. Pharmacist said to extend the time between putting on a new patch. So I’ve extended to 10/11 days. But obviously, when the new patch goes on, it is straight back to 5mg. So how can this work? I would appreciate any advice and suggestions. Please.

B12 levels does anyone know about B12 injections and anyone have them.
Someone I have spoken too his Dr has been looking into people with or has had long covid . And said that the immune system of affected won’t regulate B12 .

Does anyone else use CBD capsules for anything else other than fibromyalgia. I've had fibromyalgia for about 13 years but also have osteoarthritis. I'm due to have another knee replacement which I'm not over keen on as my last one didn't go as I expected it too. I'm trying to minimise the pain with CBD capsules. I know it helps my friend with anxiety but it did nothing for my pain.
