Does Anyone Else Experience An Inability To Process Pharmaceutical Medicines?
I've been like that my whole life, it's like my body just automatically wants to reject anything that's not an antibiotic or vaccine. A lot of the meds the doctors tried putting me on (when I was officially diagnosed with fibro and depression / anxiety) tried to convince me to "off" myself. I have a good handle on my brain-self, so I knew that wasn't "me" thinking those thoughts, if that makes any sense. I was just curious if anyone else has experienced this?

Anne-this is a great help to me. I jerk awake even if I doze with horrible anxiety. Have meds-but don’t help as well as knowing why ! Thank goodness you shared this. 💜
Is Anybody Taking 5 HTP.
I am using it to help me sleep, it does not work on its own but supports cognitive shuffling. The latter works brilliantly it’s on Google. 5HTP is a supplement with many uses. There are cautionary tales about it, as well as great recommendations. I would advice doing some research before starting it. Take care.
