Does Anyone Have Any Experience With The Visible App And Armband For Pacing?
I'd like to hear personal stories of whether it's worth it or not. It looks like a good set up. I'd be willing to try it if others have had beneficial results. It's supposed to be specifically for illness, rather than for fitness, like a Fitbit.

Does Anyone Know If They Have A Histamine Dis Regulation?
I was looking into why my tattoos get itchy sometimes and saw that it could be a histamine reaction and didn’t know what “histamine” meant tbh but as I was looking I found that there maybe a connection to fibro and histamine dis regulation… do antihistamines help regulate anyone’s pain I guess is also what I’m asking?
Benadryl does not help me w the pain, but it does w itching, swelling like hiving. When my allergies are really bad, i can take up to 6 a day w atarax. Atarax helps w the giving and itching as well… read more

I turn off A/C vents on my side of the car in Texas summers, Carry a sweater and throw to movie theaters, my body temp is always 97 now instead of the 98.6 it used to be. I actually fainted once because I was outside in the heat, and didn't realize I was over-heated until I dropped (I never felt hot or even started sweating). So I guess something is still trying to regulate body temp, but it just seems like my thermostat is "broken".
