How Do YOU Deal With Someone Who Tells You All Aches And Pains, Etc., Can Be Treated By Telling Yourself To Stop Feeling Them?
I have fibro, chronic fatigue syndrome, osteoarthritis, menopause with related hormone imbalance issues, endometriosis (still), chronic pain and chronic inflammation to round it all off. I'm a caregiver so I've a tendency to put other people's needs ahead of my own.
