I get them all over. I saw an article posted in the resources section of this myfibroteam website today, talking a little about the lumps under the skin.

Mine tend to come and go and seem to have something to do with muscle tightness, hormones, and hydration level. I also notice them more when I have worse fatigue, although it's hard to determine how they would be correlated.

I've had some on my stomach area and upper front legs.
