Why Do I Feel Like I’ve Had Worse Hangovers?

We were going away yesterday, got to the next town when son says he has a headache. We cancel the trip and this morning I wake up knackered (bad night), my insides tied in knots and feeling hungover

I wake up feeling hungover without touching any alcohol rather often. I have no idea why though, I just figured it was fibro messing with me.

I felt like this last week. I always tell people when I'm in a flare, feels like a Mack truck hit me, but it does feel like a hangover. I noticed stress brings those flares on.

I wake up like that most morning. If I look at my eyes in the mirror I look like my eyes are almost shut. For me it's a fibromyalgia flare in progress.
