Not sure how bad it can get, but I have to take muscle relaxers at night to get tired because other wise I tend to focus on the pain. I will not sleep for days... maybe an hour here and an hour there, but will wake up from something that is painful so, my doctor has me on muscle relaxers after 6pm or after work which ever comes first.

I'm not sure I have both insomnia and sleep way too much if that makes any sense. I doze on the couch, but can't get to sleep, once I get to sleep I cant stay asleep, then when I am awake I'm exhausted. Some nights I'm up all night some days I sleep 12+ hours, it just seems hard to regulate.

I have found it difficult to sleep for years. Even a sleep clinic failed to help me. A team member Sam told me about cognitive shuffling, explained on google. This really does work, I was amazed. You need to persevere and to persevere with imagining each item. You just fall asleep. Might take several words. Try it. Take care
