Anyone Heard That Nightshade Plants Can Cause Flares?
I was told eating bell peppers, eggplant etc would cause a fibro flare. Anyone heard this?
I have heard this. I never thought too much about it until I had mashed potatoes for dinner. Couple hours later my back and upper abdomen and legs are really hurting when I felt fine earlier. Seems like more than a coincidence
