Do Your Veins Hurt?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Alamogordo, NM

So there are times that I swear my veins are on fire; I have expressed this to Doctor's in the past and they look at me like I am nuts, or they tell me "you cannot feel your veins, it's just in your head"

Does anyone else experience this? If so what do you do to relieve it, if anything?

Thank you
Angel

My veins hurt like they are bruised. I can see what vein hurts because they are bluer and look like the are inflamed. The areas that they mostly hurt are my breasts, hands and arms.
I have mentioned to my doctor as well and she looks at me like I have 2 heads.

I feel this burning sensation mostly in my calves. Sometimes using a heating pad helps. I also take warm Epsom salt baths. Hope you feel better soon!
