Does Anyone Else Have Sensitivity To Light Due To Fibro?
I can relate, it's like we are over stimulated. Odors, light, temperature, sounds...I think that besides the extreme exhaustion, the over stimulation is a big problem with MY isolation.
Yes and smells too. One night I was sitting at my kitchen table with my family and had to wear sunglasses.
Oh My! Yes.....I have glaucoma and had to go have my eyes checked because I could not look at the screen on the computer because my eyes would hurt. He told me to use REFRESH TEARS. He said in the winter our eyes dry up and to use ONLY REFRESH TEARS.nothing else. It really does help. Terry
I have night blindness, Can't handle car lights at all. I also have sound sensitivity and I drive a school bus. LOL!
I find Fluro lights flicker, not noticeable to others but it affects me, and going through tunnels that are lit every so many metres it flickers like a strobe light if I'm not driving I hide my face if I'm driving I just suck it up, and really bright days too much sunlight brings on shocking migraines, I'm always getting told get some sun, coz of vitamin D deficiency but my Dr said we can get so much sunlight and eat the right foods it won't lift the vitaminD level in people with FMS/MPS! So I act like a vampire and run from the sun, and other bright lights!
