Flu Shot?
Is it a good idea to get the flu shot with Fibro/CFS? I am wondering if there is a correlation Between the shot and these illnesses, or how people handle this topic. I get the flu shot every year since my immune system is so bad, but now I am questioning if I should forego it this year.
Due to my age and having diabetes, fibro, and RA my Dr insists on me having the flu shot every yr.
I can't get the flu shot. I am allergic to the preservative in it. I think it is called Thimerosal. I get sick every time I get one. Even though I am 67 and have Asthma, I do not get the shot. I feel much better not getting it and have not got the flu.

I do not get flu shots. They are a chemical $hitstorm and the last thing we need is more chemicals messing us up. If your immune system is compromised however, you should get one.
