MS affects the myelin sheath that insulates our spinal cord so stem cells can replace that. FM is considered a central nervous system in the way our brain perceives pain. FM brain also produces less dopamine than normal so we get depressed, have ADDHD symptoms. Maybe in future stem cells will be able to heal brain cells but I don't think the science is there yet. Autism, ADDHD , Alzheimer's , Parkinson's , schizophrenia, are all consisted as autoimmune disirders along with FM. Our bodies are attacking themselves. Food is medicine. Until stem cell research comes to reality we can try to heal ourselves by changing our diets. Read "the PaleoSolution" the "Autoimmune Solution" and "the Immune System Recovery Plan". Sugar=inflammation. No sugar, no dairy, no corn, no tomatoes or eggplant. That's a start for all of us.

I hope and pray that they start to research for a cure. There is a need to bring more awareness to this painful condition. Advertising, walks for fibro, to raise money for research world wide.
