Morehope I understand that concern, I was nervous at 1st also, I'd say research research and research again then talk to your doctor as an option they will know if it is something that is worth a try.
No periods and no monthly menstrual pains is working out pretty good for me. I would love for you ladies to not have to deal with that on top of Fibro flair and Fatigue.
Praying for you all.
Gentle hugs 💜

I couldn't take bc either I went through trial and error and I've taken the shot off and on for 20 yrs. and never had an issue. I do realize everyones body reacts different to medications. But just like with anything if it helps me I want to share.

Oh hun, hearing that about your period issues makes me really glad I take the depo shot every 3 months, no periods no endometriosis. Best decision I've ever made. That time of the month put me in serious pain, I ended that in 2007.
Maybe check on that.
Best wishes and gentle hugs 💜

I'm having a flare up right now. I know what causes them now after two years of tracing. Right now it is a combination of over doing it and homones. Like clockwork, the day before my period until two to three days in, I am almost non functional. I am totally wiped out and my muscles throughout my body are in agony. I feel like I'm being tortured from the burning, stinging pain in my back and shoulders. My flares typically last a couple of days, but I'm not working and can afford to get enough rest. When I was working I was in a non-stop flare from overdoing it.
