Foot Pain
Does anyone know if anything that can help foot pain? Must if my pain is in my feet and from the knees down. Sometimes it is so bad I just cry. It is constant and never lets up
My youngest daughter bought me a pair of skechers to go with the other 100 of shoes that I have tried. I have notice I no longer walk correctly. My right foot turns out and I walk on my heal. Or try to. It's so swollen and hurts to move it never mind walking on it. Had x-rays done, told me it's arthritis. Some days better then others. I started putting on a cream called clobetasol propionate and copper socks. Still hurts but not as bad.
I've had this problem for years, I have insoles that do help and stretches that help too, if you look for the exercises for plantar fasciitis they should help you but the best thing I've found to help me are skechers go walk shoes, they have been a God send for me! Obviously it doesn't completely go away but it makes it bearable, they have made a huge difference to my life.
Use a ball and roll it under your foot, this might be painful but helps massage the area. Stretching out your calf might also help. I do recommend you go see a physical therapist. If you don't have a ball you can use a frozen water bottle and roll your foot over it back and forth. I hope this helps!
It may sound funny but I found toes socks really help
My brother has severe foot pain and takes Lyrica for it. He also said that ice water soaks for his feet help a lot. Hope this can help you.
