Cymbalta And Tramadol

Can I take cymbalta/ duloxitine with tramadol? I've been prescribed both but have heard they may interact.

Technically, you're not supposed to. But then again, Cymbalta interferes with most medications. Here is a link to a medication interaction checker:

I have taken all three at the same time! A lot of the meds we are prescribed have a chance of interaction but like the lovely lady above said the pros outweigh the cons... If your unsure call your pharmacist...

I was on both for a short time. Had to practically fight the pharmacist to hand them over. Nothing happened like a seizure they were warning me about. (They just didn't work (like everything else )

I take both medications. Been on tramadol from get go and few months added Cymbalta. So far so good...well as good as it can be
