I find when the weather is bad I hurt more. Any suggestions to get thru the day. I have to work so resting is not an option.

As an example...last night the furnace and hot water were down. I bundled up but that was too heavy. After a miserable night I went to the tanning bed. I go about once a week when the weather is cold or a barometric change unsuitable to me. The deep heat gives me relief and I can relax my muscles better. Reduces my pain and discomfort. Hope this helps. Soft hugs

I use prescription Voltaren gel. It has an odor, but not as bad as SalonPas. You can get OTC Arnica cream that is odorless. Also, Pennsaid, is another topical NSAID that is odorless. My insurance wouldn't pay for that.

Heated throws or twin size get that deep heat in without the weight of the blankets. I use it when I get up and before I go to bed. A few minutes using an electric massager relieves deep pain. Hurts when using but relief when you stop.
