Has Anyone Went To A Chiropractor And Then Have A Bad Flare Up The Day After?
I went to a Chiropractor for the first time on Friday. I felt great when I left. Sat I began to have an awful flare up. I can hardly walk and my legs, hips, back and shoulders are killing me. I am suppose to go back on Monday and I am not sure I should.
This Chiropractor told me I did not have fibromyalgia and that once he got my back aligned the pain will stop.
Everything with Fibro requires a balance - you need to excercise and move but to much excercise can put you down for a week or 2.
I am so blessed with my chiropractor he is so gentle and has studied fibro
I recommend going to a chiropractor who does only trigger point therapy.
I have gone to mine going on 10 years he is very gentle and knows all about fibro he doesn't have me come all the time leaves it up to me when my body says it's time !
Going to the chiropractor (I was dedicated for years) I believe is the reason I had to have a neck and back fusion. And that pain is what I believe was the final chip in the manifestation of my FMS. I will never go again and as a side note my husband had to have a neck fusion 2 years after mine and he used to go to the same chiropractor. And if yours doesn't believe in FMS then run!
