Has anyone heard of the benefit of using Epsom salts in the bath to help alleviate Fibro symptoms?

Yes. It is comforting and the lavender is relaxing.

I've heard positive things about them, and know they're good for helping relieve pains in arthritis. I keep meaning to get some and try for myself..but forget!! x

I have Epsom Salt baths and they are fantastic for relief for a while afterward, good to have before going to bed. I have just bought some Magnesium flakes, which are apparently different and better. Haven't tried it yet as it's too damn hot!!!
