I was at pain clinic 2 weeks ago, she stopped my co-codomol, diazapam & naproxen she also tried to stop my sleeping tablets but i have been on them a long time & they arent presribed for fibro. Anyway i got a cream that has wee bit chilli in it ( Capsaicin) asked if it was ok as i cant eat chillis she reasured me it was fine, tiny spot put on each elbow......oh my goodness burn wasnt even cover it!!
