I was at pain clinic 2 weeks ago, she stopped my co-codomol, diazapam & naproxen she also tried to stop my sleeping tablets but i have been on them a long time & they arent presribed for fibro. Anyway i got a cream that has wee bit chilli in it ( Capsaicin) asked if it was ok as i cant eat chillis she reasured me it was fine, tiny spot put on each elbow......oh my goodness burn wasnt even cover it!! Baclofe not is a muscle relaxer and antispasmotic. I used it once and found it helpful but I'm sorry I can't remember much else about side effects etc

I take baclofen. it does help me sleep, but it may be giving me headaches too. I've been waking up with a headache every day
