Cryotherapy
Has anyone tried cryotherapy (freezing cold) for fibro pain and if so what were the results? Responses much appreciated..signed desperate for relief....
I will keep you posted on how it works!
Thanks guys. My sister works with a clinic that now has a doctor who is offering this treatment and my sister said she mentioned my fibro struggle to her and that she highly recommended this treatment. She felt like it would help. I have read it's like 90 dollars and up a session and on average it's recommended 10-20 sessions. It helps remove toxins from the blood . I am so tired of throwing money down the tubes for treatment and to be honest I just don't have money to give away but I am now seriously considering giving it a try.
Sounds like it would help. You can always ask for a free trial never hurts to ask. Then if you like it maybe they have package if you get 5 sessions at a time you can get 20% discount or a relative discount? There is also @A MyFibroTeam Member approach if it doesn't work can you ask for your money back?
I feel the same way. Tried so many things but we have to keep trying. Let us know how it goes. I have a to try list as well. In my list is the opposite infrared sauna; but if it goes well for you who knows if I end up changing my list.
Shery,....,I don't know anything about the procedure you have just mentioned but I do know that cold can have a good effect......During the winter, I would always tuck myself in the bed and then slip both feet out from under the covers......They would get cold but the coldness didn't hurt near as bad and the burning. I have neuropathy because of diabetes as well a fibro.....I know this is just another one of my do-it-yourself fixes but it worked for me all winter.......hugs your way....
Oh I couldn't do that I'm always cold think that would finish me off lol
